Ginger_Talks: Rosie Fortescue talks about her new collection NAILED London

Launching this week, Nailed London from MIC’s Rosie Fortescue, is a revolutionary new nail range with a gel-like lacquer system. Available in 28 catwalk inspired shades with four glitter effect polishes.

Why have you launched a nail colour range?

For as long as I can remember, nail varnish has been something that I have been obsessed with. I probably change my nail colour around twice a week and it has become a major part of my beauty routine.

Where did you get your inspiration?

I wanted to create a nail range that had colours to suit everyone. Whether you wear a nude, pale pink, bright or pastel shade, there is something in the collection for you. The glitters are a fantastic way to jazz up a colour for a night out too!

Was it just as important to have a high tech formulation as well as amazing colours?

Yes absolutely. I know when I see a good nail varnish from years of painting my own nails, so for me a colour that lasted without chipping was essential.

How did you decide on the colours?

I tried to bring in colours from my life andmy own inspiration into the collection. Iwas inspired by everything around me,from the pink of a rose, the grey from adress on the LFW catwalk and even thename of my dog Noodle.

“From start to finish I’ve been involved in every aspect of developing this fantastic range. I hope you love it as much as I do!” Rosie Fortescue
