Opening the archive

Taking inspiration and design from the historic archives of Sanderson, (a well know print company who’ve specialised in printing wallpapers since 1860) comes the curated collection for bath, body and home in four new and unique fragrances.

Dating back to the last century, Sanderson have picked four of their renowned designs, bringing them to us in new colorways, and in the form of a fragrance created by specialist perfumers to evoke the mood of the designs in a new and exciting way and injected into beautiful beauty products.

Created without parabens and sulfates, here in England, the collection comes in copper detailed pump bottles and delicately scented and pretty patterned drawer liners.

We were lucky enough to get our hands on the Rose & Peony 1927 set. This pattern began life as a luxury wallpaper design in 1927, produced by surface roller printing at the original Sanderson wallpaper factory in Chiswick. It continue life as a fabric in 1930 and had been one of the favourites ever since.
It now comes to life in a new colour way of marine hues, of blues and lime and a fragrance to reflect the freshness of the colourway. Scented with ‘Aromatic Green scents’ of Bregamot, cardamom, nutmeg and lavenders on a base of Amber this is a lovely scented collection with dresser top display quality packaging. The copper pumped bottles and patterned tubes will look great anywhere with the classic patterns across the collections.
