a moment with jeweller Loveness Lee… a lifetime of unique jewellery

fashion

I took a moment of Loveness’ time this week, to have a closer look at her new collection as well as the beautifully unique Chinese zodiac collection.

Have you ever seen something so eye catching and dramatic yet so simple right in front of you? That’s what it felt to me to be among the fabulous creations from Loveness Lee!

Made with signature style, her skill set was perfected at Middlesex University followed by a masters at the renowned Sir John Cass Faculty of Art, Architecture & Design at the metropolitan university in London.

She has an immediately obvious passion for her work and she spoke about The ‘Trans-natural’ concept behind the jewellery, and that it is envisaged from a collaboration between nature, science and art working in unison. I was immediately drawn to her collections, so unique and fluid – the textures catching my eye and a not so immediate recognition of a familiar shape – especially within the Zodiac Collection – Made with delicate Sterling Silver Vermeil, Gold Plated 18″ chain. from £158.

Here the collection is traditional, it follows the Chinese Year Calendar, and even though you may think you know what your looking for; each piece is so unique and detailed it’s not obvious to Joe bloggs opposite you on the train to what they’re looking at, which is refreshing because these days everyone wears pieces that reflect a common shape or style such as stars, hearts, or even initials. (Even I’m guilty of this)

I recommend keeping an eye on Loveness Lee as it certainly seems that soon EVERYONE will know about her work and collections, and you just won’t be able to get your hands on a piece anywhere!
