Summer is here and we are going to bring you a few of our tried and tested beauty items over the next few weeks from our holiday!

Lotil is a family favourite, skin rehydrating moisturiser – aiding moisture retention and providing maximum protection against environmental and climatic conditions. So I packed my #gifted 50ml handy handbag-sized tube into my case to prep myself and be ready for the sunshine, to keep my skin super moisturised and in tip-top condition, throughout the trip!

The cream is very lightly scented which is perfect for hot countries – keeping holiday bugs at bay, it quickly absorbs and a tiny bit goes a long way! – We found that it was perfect for masking overnight on your face!

Lotil Cream is available in the following pack sizes:
30ml – handy miniature tube
50ml – handbag-sized tube
114ml – multi-purpose home use tub
500ml – extra large container with pump dispenser

Buy your Lotil now in 114ml for £6.29 – online at Boots.com or for the 50ml – £2.85 at PharmacyFirst

Party the night away

Party season is fast approaching and Boutique at Sainsbury’s has all of your essentials across their range to fufill your party look, whether it be a beautiful nude smokey eye, or the classic red lip, Boutique has it all for you.

We tried the whole range, starting with the metallic trend, trying out a nude metallic smokey eye, Using Boutiques eyeshadows in ‘Forty Winks’ as a base and ‘All that Glitters in Gold’ as the shade and crease colour. (At just £4, from Boutique at Sainsbury’s) These shadows are like all of Boutique’s and are so unbelieveably pigmented for a supermarket shadow. They blend so well, and last in all their molten magic!

We teamed this with ‘The Naked Truth’ Lipstick, £6, and added a shimmer of Boutique’s Hocus Pocus lipgloss, £6. The nude is fantastic and perfect for me, with great staying power, the gloss is a little sticky for me, but i add a susting of highlighter (powder) and add again over the top fixing the gloss in place for hours!

Alternatively you can go for the classic red lip in ‘Paint the town Red’, £6, to catch someone’s eye! The red isn’t quite as strong as i’d like the shade, but still has fantastic hold and pigment for a range so cheap.

The range is available in larger Sainsbury’s stores nationwide now.
